Information we use
Account information includes your display name, email address, password hash, age and policy confirmations, and login sessions. Creator profiles include public profile information. Creator applications may include identity documents, applicant details, selfies and profile assets for verification.
Support requests store the submitted issue and reference, status, admin replies and review notes. A private access-code hash protects guest reply lookup; anyone with the reference and full private code can read the reply. We also store messages, gifts, chip ledger entries, private-call timing and billing records, creator earnings, withdrawals and moderation reports. Creator payout details include bank information needed for withdrawal review. Bank account numbers are stored encrypted; authorized payout reviewers can access relevant payout information.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide accounts and communication, verify creators, calculate charges and earnings, process withdrawal reviews, investigate reports, prevent contact-sharing and protect account access. Administrative actions and financial records are retained for accountability and dispute review.
Who can see it
Creator display names, usernames, profile details and public broadcasts are visible to visitors. Other participants can see messages and interactions intended for them. Private messages are not publicly listed, but relevant messages and reports can be reviewed by authorized moderators. Do not assume that a private conversation is inaccessible to moderation.
Authorized staff can access information needed for verification, support, moderation and payouts. Infrastructure and streaming providers may process information needed to deliver the service. The production provider list and any international processing arrangements must be confirmed before launch. Payment providers will be identified when purchases are enabled.
Camera and microphone
Your browser asks for camera and microphone permission when a feature needs them. You can refuse or revoke permission in your browser settings, although video-call features may then be unavailable. Calls use live media connections; this notice does not promise that other participants cannot capture what they see or hear. Recording or sharing private content without consent is prohibited.
Retention and security
Passwords are hashed, login sessions can be revoked, and sensitive admin pages require authorized access. No service can guarantee absolute security. Detailed retention periods, production storage arrangements and deletion procedures are being finalized before launch. Financial, safety and dispute records may need to be kept even when an account is no longer active.
Access, corrections and privacy requests
You can update supported profile fields in your account settings. Use Support to ask about access, corrections, deletion or other privacy concerns. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Do not send your password, one-time codes, complete bank details or identity documents through ordinary messages. The operator’s privacy contact will be confirmed before launch.
