Refunds & Billing Help

How to check a charge and request a review when something appears wrong.

Pre-launch draft · Updated 9 October 2026

These policies are being prepared for launch. Operator details, support contact and final terms will be confirmed before public launch.

Chip purchases

Real chip purchases are not connected to a payment gateway yet. Payment methods, purchase receipts, refund eligibility and processing times will be confirmed before paid sales open. Local test credits do not represent a real payment.

Gifts, calls and messaging

Check your wallet history for chip deductions and receipts. Gifts use the chosen amount. Private calls use the rate displayed for that creator and are charged by the minute. Messaging time is purchased after the one-time free window. A used experience is not automatically reversed because you changed your mind, but an incorrect or unauthorized charge should be reviewed.

Problems worth reporting

Request a review for an unexpected duplicate deduction, a charge after the call ended, an unexplained balance change, an unauthorized action, or a paid feature that could not be delivered. A lost connection alone does not establish that a deduction was incorrect; call timing and billing records need to be checked together.

What to include

Use the Support contact form and keep your request reference. Replies can be checked on Support; no email is required. Include only the information needed to identify the issue.

  • Your account email and the creator’s username.
  • The wallet receipt, call or transaction ID.
  • The approximate date, time, chip amount and what happened.
  • A screenshot with unrelated private information hidden. Never include passwords, payment card numbers or security codes.

Review outcome

An admin can investigate available records. An approved correction must be recorded so balances remain traceable. A request is not a guarantee of a refund. Any real-money refund process depends on the payment provider and applicable law; final rules and timelines will be published before payment sales begin.
