SlCams is for people aged 18 or over. Do not access the service if you are under 18, or if using it is prohibited where you are located. Creators must complete the platform’s verification process before approval.
Your account
Provide accurate account details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and seek help through Support. Do not impersonate another person or share access to bypass restrictions.
Chips and paid features
Chips are used for gifts, private calls and paid messaging on SlCams. Review the displayed price before confirming. Fan chips are not a cash withdrawal balance. Payment gateway setup is pending; real chip purchase terms will be finalized before sales open.
Gifts deduct the selected chip amount when accepted. Private calls are billed by the minute at the displayed creator rate while both participants are present, with the first minute charged when the call starts. End the call when you wish to stop. Calls can end when the fan does not have sufficient chips.
Private messaging includes three free minutes once per fan–creator conversation. The fan can then purchase messaging time at five chips per minute. The free window does not reset. Live public chat may have different access rules; check the information displayed in the room.
Content and conduct
Follow the Community Guidelines. Only upload or broadcast content you have permission to use. Everyone appearing in creator content must be an adult and participate with informed consent. Do not record or redistribute another person’s private call or content without permission.
Contact-sharing filters may block messages before delivery. Do not use coded language, spaced numbers or other methods to exchange phone numbers or email addresses or arrange off-platform payment.
Reports and account restrictions
Use the reporting controls for abuse, suspicious activity or policy violations. Reports and relevant evidence may be reviewed by admins. Actions can include warnings, messaging restrictions, feature restrictions or account suspension. Contact Support if you believe an action was made in error.
Availability and disputes
Connections can be interrupted by network or device problems. SlCams does not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular outcome from a creator interaction. If a charge appears incorrect, keep the receipt or call ID and request a review as described on the Refunds page. Nothing in these draft terms is intended to remove rights you may have under applicable law.
Policy updates
Final operator details and legal terms will be published before public launch. Material changes should be communicated through the website. Review the date above and contact Support with questions.
