Public viewing is free. The live room shows the current free chat allowance and chip price for extra chat time. The free window starts with your first accepted public message in that broadcast. Private messages and private video calls have separate prices and receipts.

Open Wallet & transactions to see your balance and movement history. Keep the receipt ID if a deduction looks incorrect.

The first minute is charged when both participants are present. Further minutes use the creator rate shown before the call. End the call when you wish to stop. Insufficient chips can end the call automatically.

The first accepted fan message starts the three-minute free window once per fan–creator conversation. After that, the fan can purchase messaging time at five chips per minute. The free window does not reset; creators do not pay to reply.

Phone numbers, email addresses and attempts to disguise them may be blocked before delivery. Avoid exchanging private contact details or splitting them across messages. Use the support contact form to report a suspected mistake.

Check that the browser has camera and microphone permission, use the secure site address, close other apps using the camera, and try joining again. Avoid repeatedly starting new calls while checking an unexpected charge.

Open your Profile and choose Edit profile or Change password. A password change signs out existing sessions, so you will need to log in again.

Use the report action on the creator profile or message. Your submitted reports can be followed on My reports. Reports are reviewed privately by admins.

Verified creators add their payout bank account and request an eligible amount from the creator dashboard. Follow the request status there and keep the withdrawal ID for questions.
